flynas celebrates the expansion of its operations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia
flynas, the leading low-cost carrier in the Middle East, held a celebration on Sunday on the occasion of its continuous successes and expansion of flights and routes linking the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the presence of its partners from travel and tourism agents and companies in Egypt.
During the ceremony, which was held in the Egyptian capital Cairo and in the presence of the company’s leaders, flynas honored a number of its distinguished agents in Egypt, stressing that the successful partnerships achieved provide a base and incentive to increase its direct flights between the Kingdom and Egypt, which currently reached more than 105 flights per week.
flynas connects Egypt to the Kingdom with direct flights from 5 Saudi cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Medina and AlUla to Cairo, Sohag, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.
flynas pointed out that its partnership with travel and tourism agents and companies in Egypt will witness significant growth in the coming period as plans to expand flights and routes continue to meet the growing demand for flights between the two brotherly countries.
flynas connects more than 70 domestic and international destinations, and since its inception in 2007, has carried more than 60 million passengers, and aims to reach 165 domestic and international destinations through its expansion and growth strategy launched in early 2022, under the slogan “Connecting the world to the Kingdom”.
flynas’ success has been crowned with several international awards, including the Skytrax Global Award in 2022 for the fifth consecutive year, which is the highest award given in the aviation industry at the global level since its launch in 1999, with it being ranked among the Skytrax list of the top 10 low-cost airlines in the world, in addition to the “Best Low-cost Airline in the Middle East” award in 2022, at the World Travel Awards for the eighth consecutive year.
flynas also received the highest rating in the rating conducted by the non-profit organization “APEX”, one of the largest international airline associations, where the evaluation included 600 airlines of various categories around the world, and flynas came in the four-star category, the highest category of low-cost aviation.
