Saudia Named The Strategic Sponsor And Official Airline Partner Of The 5th Hajj Conference And Exhibition
Saudia Group is participating as the Strategic Sponsor and Official Airline Partner of the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at Jeddah Superdome.
Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program, the event will run from November 9 to 12 under the theme “From Makkah to the World.”
Saudia Group welcomes visitors to its interactive pavilion number (C62), which features participation from three of its key subsidiaries: Saudia Hajj and Umrah, Saudia, and Saudi Ground Services.
The pavilion showcases the Group’s latest initiatives and innovations from the 2025 Hajj season, including its dedicated Hajj Service, offered for the first time by Saudia Hajj and Umrah to international pilgrims, to enrich their spiritual journey from the moment they plan their trip until their return. The service combines premium air and ground transport to the Holy Mosques and sacred sites, ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and spiritually fulfilling experience.
Another highlight of the pavilion is the display of the Coolest Ihram, the world’s first high-tech garment designed to help the body cope with extreme heat while performing the Islamic rituals of Hajj and Umrah.
Saudi Ground Services is also showcasing its range of integrated ground handling services, including baggage handling, cargo, fleet management, and load control, highlighting its pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations from check-in to take-off across the Kingdom’s airports.
His Excellency Engr. Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, said: “The previous Hajj season marked a milestone in Saudia Group’s history as we introduced direct Hajj services for the first time, a reflection of our deep commitment to elevating every aspect of the pilgrim journey. With world-class facilities, advanced infrastructure, and enhanced digital services, we aim to offer pilgrims a spiritually enriching experience aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030”.
He added: “Our participation in the fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to explore future collaborations with industry partners and exchange expertise to further advance service excellence and integration across sectors.”
Throughout the event, Saudia Group is expected to sign several strategic agreements aimed at expanding services for pilgrims worldwide through its growing fleet and network. The Group will also unveil new offerings to further enhance the pilgrimage experience and will be represented by its senior leadership in panel discussions focused on innovation and service excellence in the Hajj sector.
