Allsopp & Allsopp Helps Family Find AED43 Million Dream Home On Palm Jumeirah

Dubai-based real estate agency Allsopp & Allsopp is delighted to have sold an AED43 million penthouse apartment on The Palm Jumeirah.

Believed to be the most expensive property to be sold this year in Dubai by any real estate agent, the 10,500 square feet apartment is being purchased by a Dubai resident.

Lewis Allsopp, CEO of the award-winning estate agency, says: “We are extremely proud to be involved with such a prestigious deal. The buyer of this outstanding property has been renting for some months, while employing our services to help them find the perfect place to move in with their family.

Our agent, who lead the sale, Ryan Hudson says: “Dubai is still a destination of choice for discerning high-end purchasers, and the Palm Jumeirah remains one of the world’s most iconic addresses. It was an enormous pleasure working to find this family their dream home. I am sure they will really enjoy living there.”

Hudson said the sale was based on the size of the development, the facilities, and the quality of the environment. The buyer was wowed by views over the sea on one side and the Dubai Marina skyline on the other.
