flynas Starts Operations to Fly 100,000 Pilgrims from 17 Countries in 3 Continents for The Hajj Season 1445

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, May 26, 2024: flynas, the Saudi air carrier and the leading low-cost airline in the Middle East and worldwide, announced starting operations to transport more than 100,000 pilgrims from 17 countries in three continents during the Hajj season of 1445 AH (2024 AD), taking advantage of its growing network, expanding fleet and its leading position in the low-aviation sector worldwide.

This year’s flynas Hajj plan operational period extends for 73 days, including 936 flights transporting pilgrims from Europe, Asia, and Africa. flynas operations during the Hajj season will serve destinations in 17 countries in three different continents, including Bangladesh, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Comoros Is., Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania, Senegal, Cote D’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Nigeria, Kuwait, Bosnia, Turkey, and Oman.

The leading LCC also participates in the Makkah Route Initiative, a fast-track program launched in 2019 as one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs to serve the pilgrims, in parallel with the objectives of the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques.

flynas connects more than 70 domestic and international destinations with more than 1500 weekly flights and has flown more than 78 million passengers since its launch in 2007, with the aim to reach 165 domestic and international destinations, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.
