From AI Pilots To Enterprise Scale: Deloitte Middle East Returns To LEAP 2026

Deloitte Middle East will return to LEAP 2026, one of the world’s leading technology events, bringing the global technology ecosystem together in Riyadh for its fourth consecutive year. Deloitte’s 2026 program will tackle a defining challenge for organizations across the Middle East: how to move AI beyond experimentation and scale it to deliver real enterprise value.

In 2026, the conversation around enterprise AI has moved from enabling adoption to implementing it at scale, with organizations increasingly focused on measurable value, operational resilience, and the confidence to deploy AI across the enterprise.

This shift is underscored by the findings of Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise Report, released earlier this year, which found that only 34% of organizations in the Middle East say they are using AI to deeply transform products, processes, or business models, while 37% remain focused on surface-level productivity improvements with minimal operational redesign. The report reveals that many organizations remain trapped in a “proof-of-concept cycle,” continuously launching pilots without successfully scaling them into enterprise-wide deployment due to integration challenges, governance complexity, and infrastructure limitations.

Deloitte will explore the forces shaping the next phase of enterprise AI through three key themes: the agentic reality, as AI evolves from answering questions to taking action across workflows; AI going physical, through its convergence with robotics, IoT and infrastructure; and the trust reckoning, as organizations address the governance, ethics, and sovereignty frameworks required to deploy AI responsibly at scale.

“Organizations across the Middle East have moved quickly from exploring the potential of AI to testing it across their businesses. The challenge now is scale,” said Mutasem Dajani, Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Middle East. “Scaling successfully means creating tangible value, building resilience into the enterprise, and establishing the governance and trust needed to move forward with confidence. At LEAP 2026, we will bring together clients, alliances, and our own specialists to explore what that looks like in practice.”

On September 2, Deloitte will take over the AI Leader Stage at LEAP, with a program structured around three pillars: scaling AI with value, scaling with resilience, and scaling with confidence. Deloitte leaders will be joined by clients and alliance partners for conversations spanning workplace AI, cyber resilience, AI governance, and trusted AI at scale, with prominent organizations including Expo 2030 Riyadh, Saudi Awwal Bank, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), Oracle, Dell, AWS, IBM, and NVIDIA represented across the program.

Beyond the stage, Deloitte will host a dedicated experiential hub featuring live demonstrations, client conversations, and a podcast studio. The Deloitte Meridian will record live podcast sessions over two days, bringing perspectives from LEAP to a wider audience. Deloitte will extend its presence through strategic alliance booths and convene a private C-suite dinner.

Together, the program reflects the next evolution of AI implementation: helping organizations turn AI ambition into AI at scale.
