LEAP 2026 Sees Launch Of New Technologies For HR And Financial Operations Jisr Expands Its Platform To Integrate Employee Operations, Payroll, Payments, And Expenses Into A Single Ecosystem
LEAP 2026 is seeing the launch of a new generation of technologies designed to manage human resources and financial operations within companies, amid growing adoption of automation and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and connect administrative and financial processes across organizations.
Against this backdrop, Saudi company Jisr unveiled the next generation of its HR and finance management platform during the conference, expanding its offering beyond human resources and payroll to connect employee operations, payments, expenses, and accounting processes within a single platform.
The move comes as companies increasingly adopt integrated digital systems to manage their operations, rather than distributing data and tasks across separate systems. This gives administrative and finance teams a more integrated view of operations, helping them improve efficiency and decision-making.
Jisr currently serves more than 5,000 HR and finance teams and supports more than 800,000 employees, while the value of payroll processed through its platform has exceeded SAR 10 billion. The company has also grown to more than 400 employees, recording annual growth of more than 100%, following its $30 million Series A funding round led by Merak Capital in 2023.
The new phase of the platform includes tools for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, benefits and compliance, alongside solutions for accounting operations, payments, expenses and business travel.
The latest development focuses particularly on bridging the gap between HR and finance departments by connecting data and workflows related to employees, payroll, spending, payments and financial operations within a shared technology environment.
On the technology efficiency front, the company said it has modernized around 70% of its technology workloads, enabling it to double the volume of transactions the platform can handle without increasing costs.
The platform also takes into account the regulatory and operational requirements of the Saudi market, including the Saudi Labor Law, General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Wage Protection System (WPS), the Mudad platform and other relevant government platforms, Saudization requirements, and end-of-service benefits, as well as data protection and localization requirements.
Mohammed Akkar, Founder and CEO of Jisr, said the latest development reflects the company’s direction towards building a more connected platform that brings HR and finance together, enabling organizations to manage a broader range of their operations from one place.
He added that the growth of Saudi organizations is driving the company to develop technologies capable of keeping pace with the expansion of their operations and evolving needs.
The launch of the new platform reflects Jisr’s vision to build a more comprehensive and connected ecosystem, simplifying HR and Finance operations and enabling organizations to manage more of their needs from one place
