Responding to growing travel demand and supporting expansion plans

flynas, the Saudi Arabian airline and the leading low-cost airline in the Middle East, continues to add new aircraft to its fleet as part of the agreement signed with Airbus in 2017 to purchase 120 A320neo aircraft for a total value of SAR 32 billion. flynas recently took delivery of its 19th aircraft to support its promising plans for the summer of 2021.

With its state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus A320neo, flynas will work to meet the growing demand for travel, especially after the decision to lift the suspension of international travel for Saudi nationals, in order to serve the company’s endeavor to reach maximum capacity this year. The new aircraft will also support flynas’ strategic direction towards expanding its international, regional and domestic network, while enhancing the travel experience on the airline’s airline by providing the best travel experience at the most competitive prices. As well as contributing to strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a regional and global air transport hub in a way that supports the achievement of the goals of Vision 2030.

The new aircraft will serve flynas’ plans to offer diverse destinations for summer 2021 with seasonal flights that add value to other destinations included in the flynas network throughout the year. New seasonal destinations include Kiev, Lviv, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Tirana, Sarajevo, Baku, Tbilisi, Batumi and Tashkent.

The A320neo model is characterized by its advanced technology, comfort and spaciousness, which is the widest of the single-aisle aircraft, with a capacity of 174 passengers, and is equipped with a new generation of engines that contribute to reducing fuel consumption and harmful emissions by 15 percent, in addition to reducing noise by 50 percent.
