Riyadh Governor honors Tasnee among the Top Ehsan Donors for the Third Year in a Row
On behalf of HRH Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence «SDAIA», HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Governor of Riyadh, honors Tasnee as one of the supportive companies of the National Charity Platform “Ehsan” programs and initiatives in the ceremony held on Sunday, January 28, 2024 to honor the Platform’s top supporters and donors.
Mr. Fawaz M. Al Fawaz, EVP Finance & Support Functions, expressed his gratitude to the wise leadership, may Allah protect them, for their unwavering support to enable and empower the sector of charitable and social works in the Kingdom. He also expressed his appreciation to Ehsan Platform for honoring Tasnee as he praised their pivotal role in enhancing initiatives that promote social responsibility, encourage solidarity, and utilize technology to alleviate suffering and enhance the quality of life in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. He emphasized Tasnee commitment to contribute to supporting the society through its social responsibility programs in collaboration with its success partners.
It is worth noting that Tasnee was one of the first companies that signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the «Ehsan» platform since 2021, to set a general framework for cooperation activities with Ehsan in many areas to provide an opportunity for Tasnee to benefit from the platform’s charitable initiatives and projects in addition to achieving the maximum benefit form improving the efficiency of humanitarian and social responsibility activities.
Tasnee’s cooperation with «Ehsan» platform, in addition to the active contributions of the company’s employees, contributed to increasing the number of success partners in social responsibility to 21 associations in 8 regions in the Kingdom, while the number of beneficiaries exceeded 5,900 beneficiaries. The implemented programs also exceeded to 23 programs, to include providing educational supplies, medical needs, household appliances, winter clothing, food baskets, providing university scholarships for orphans, supporting Holy Quran memorizers, developing lessons, renovating homes, and sponsoring widows and divorced women.
