Tasnee Employees contribute to the Environment Week 2024

Tasnee employees participated in the activities of the Environment Week 2024, organized by the Ministry of Environment under the slogan “Know Your Environment?” from April 28 to May 04, 2024, as Tasnee raised its employees’ environmental awareness through communicating internal messages in addition to organizing “The Best Environmental Photography Contest”. Tasnee also launched a group of activities in some of its production sites, aiming to enhance community environmental awareness, preserve the environment and natural resources.

On Sunday April 28, 2024, Tasnee employees in Jubail participated in the Environment Week celebration through launching an awareness program in collaboration with Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University followed by participating in a tree planting campaign at Tasnee Petrochemicals Complex. These activities were implemented as part of Tasnee contribution to environmental protection, climate change mitigation, increasing green spaces, improving air quality, and reducing temperatures. This participation reflects the commitment of Tasnee and its employees, to actively contribute to achieving environmental sustainability, reducing pollution in its various forms, and supporting the environment in multiple regions of the Kingdom.

On Tuesday April 30, 2024, Taldeen employees, in collaboration with the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority, participated in an environmental cleanup campaign in Wadi Al-Salaf in the Hail Province. The campaign included collecting harmful materials and a workshop to raise awareness about its impacts on the environment and the importance of recycling. It also aimed to raise awareness about the importance of educating the community and adhering to hunting regulations in wild areas, supporting efforts to protect endangered wildlife, and contributing to the conservation of biodiversity and changing negative behaviors towards it.
