The events Industry is back again

With several countries in the Middle East reaching close to herd immunity, the live in-person events are coming back. UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia have all announced several high profile events to be held during October to December 2021 timeframe.

Most event organisers are now planning hybrid events so people have the choice of either visiting the venue or attending the virtual event online.

Several countries in the region are taking measures to open the economy to foreign investment.

This includes creating huge entertainment centres and a casino 888 to drive traffic and create tourism opportunities.

With the launch of Expo 2020, this October Dubai has seen a remarkable increase in inbound traffic. Airlines such as Emirates are back to flying to pre-pandemic destinations. This augurs well for the tourism and hospitality industry which had suffered huge losses in the last 15 months. It is estimated that it will take several years for the airlines industry to recover their losses, but at least there is a rainbow at the end of the tunnel.

Fingers crossed, we will see most countries on the planet rebound from the slump and hopefully, happy days will be here again!
