Webook.com Launches AI Booking Assistant Across X, Instagram, WhatsApp And Its App

webook.com, the global technology platform for live experiences, has launched the first AI Booking Assistant in Saudi Arabia that allows users to discover events, receive tailored recommendations and move towards a secure ticket purchase from the digital channels they already use.

Available at launch across X, Instagram, WhatsApp, the assistant connects conversational requests with live, bookable entertainment and sports inventory across Saudi Arabia. webook.com In-App and TikTok are planned as the product’s channel architecture continues to expand.

Developed in Saudi Arabia, the AI Booking Assistant uses bilingual natural language processing in Arabic and English to understand casual requests, locations, preferences and other booking criteria. It can interpret questions such as what to do over the weekend, which events are taking place nearby or which experiences suit a particular group, before recommending relevant options from the webook.com catalogue.

The product is designed to reduce the distance between discovering an experience and booking it. Rather than requiring users to search through multiple listings, filters and platforms, the assistant translates conversational intent into practical, bookable recommendations.

“People do not always begin with the name of an event in mind. They might simply be looking for something to do tonight, an activity for their family or a match taking place nearby,” said Nadeem Bakhsh, Chief Executive Officer of webook.com. “Our goal is to understand that intent and turn it into a useful, secure booking journey wherever the user already happens to be. An AI product should do more than produce a convincing answer. It needs to understand intent, recognise what information is missing and connect the request to real inventory that the user can actually book. The channel may change, but the intelligence, product logic and transactional safeguards remain consistent.”

How the AI Booking Assistant works

On X: Users can tag @webook with a casual request, location or activity preference. The assistant responds publicly with relevant options before moving the interaction to a private direct message when the journey requires greater privacy.

On Instagram: Users can submit requests through comments on designated AI-enabled webook.com posts, where the assistant provides relevant event and experience recommendations.

On WhatsApp: Users can directly message the webook.com WhatsApp account after receiving an event announcement, or prompt it to suggest things to do if bored and have no plans to do. The AI assistant will help them book the next fun thing to do.

Across each channel, the assistant draws from the live webook.com catalogue to recommend options that are currently available to book. When a user is ready to proceed, the assistant provides a secure, identity-linked booking link. Card details and sensitive personal information are never requested through a public social media post, comment or direct message.

The AI Booking Assistant is built on the same broader artificial intelligence foundation supporting webook.com’s technology ecosystem, including its TruFan framework for identifying and prioritising genuine, verified fans. Its launch extends that intelligence further into the beginning of the customer journey, helping users decide what to attend as well as how to access it securely.

The launch forms part of webook.com’s wider strategy to make live experiences easier to discover, plan and book across the digital environments where users already spend their time.
